My 2017 New Year’s resolution was to ask better questions. I completely underestimated the impact it would have on my relationships, my understanding of the world, and photography.

I’m a photographer and artist based in Austin, Texas. My questions and camera have allowed me into the lives of people I admire greatly.

My humble ambition is to prioritize you and your story. Perhaps this is controversial in my field, but I am a friend and human being first, and a photographer second. I recognize that being in front of my camera requires trust. Art is a powerful tool. I don’t take your story lightly and each picture is such an honor to capture.

Through asking questions, I have been able to authentically capture weddings, documentary projects, graduating seniors, creative projects, engagements, and more.
